EditOverboard (2018)

Some of you may remember the hilarious but wise 1987 American romantic comedy, starring Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell (who are actually real-life partners!). Some 30 years later, the directors Bob Fisher and Rob Greenberg release a remake starring Anna Faris, John Hannah, Eva Longoria, and Eugenio Derbez as the rich playboy Leonardo. Even though this is a familiar plot, there’s much to laugh at (and think about) in this movie. Here the destiny meets a spoiled Mexican yacht owner Leonardo with the poor Kate. It is not long after they have an argument. However, this is an argument that costs the young woman more than she can afford to spent. Luckily, destiny will give her a chance for a sweet revenge.
