EditTernet Ninja (2018)

This unusual animation is based on even more unusual children book, which is 256 pages long and written by the Danish author Anders Matthesen. Reading about dark and painful topics as child labor, drugs, and gangsters, is not something you would expect from such piece of literature. Aske is a 12 year old boy who lives a normal life until one day Ternet Ninja appears and turns everything upside down. Ternet Ninja is a possessed teddy bear with black button eyes. It is a gift to the boy from his Uncle Stewart who has brought it from Thailand. However, it is not a nice and sweet doll but a dangerous creature who plots a revenge against the owner of the factory in which it has been produced. The ninja doll makes a deal with Aske, convincing him that they two can help each other.
