In the third instalment of this action-packed thriller, Jonathan “John” Wick (Keanu Reeves), the super-assassin who cannot recover from the death of his beloved wife and his dog, becomes an excommunicado. This means that he loses access and all privileges of the underground world. Additionally, a contract for his head is announced, so any hit man or woman around the globe will get $14 million for John’s dead body. The reason? He kills Santino D'Antonio, a member of the semi-official international guild of assassins. Moreover, John does it in the Continental hotel which is equal to digging his own grave. That is why our hero seeks the help of an old friend - the beautiful but very dangerous assassin Sofia (Halle Berry).
