Needless to say that being a single mom is hard. But what about to unexpectedly become a single dad? In this French family drama, David has a nice sister who is living alone with her lovely 7-year old daughter Amanda. While life is not easy for them, mother and child manage to have fun and spent great time together. Until…until one day Amanda’s mom is brutally killed. Left to deal with parenthood without looking for it, David is mourning the untimely loss of his beloved sister. However, life goes on and he must take care of his orphaned niece. The young man tries his best but how to explain to a little girl that she will never see her mother again?
