Love and friendship are eternal topics that have excited people before our era and will continue to puzzle those after us. With the change of the seasons, through the sunny summer and colourful autumn, to the freezing cold winter, we follow Tanya. She is a charming girl and a bunch of boys gather around her while experiencing a bouquet of emotions as all teenagers do, forced by their hormones. Set in the harsh times of communistic Russia, the film simultaneously focuses on the individualities of the young people and the seemingly free spirited living of their goup. It also touches vaguely upon the society in which they have been born and in which freedom and happiness are not accepted as normal conditions.
