An anonymous woman emerges from the darkness on the tracks of a city train station. With the visible symptoms of experienced shock, with scratches and bruises on her face and body, she cannot remember anything about herself. The woman has no idea who she was, from where does she comes, but most importantly, it is impossible for her to say her name. Being named Alicja, the woman undergoes a number of medical checks, including psychological tests. Two years later, no one knows who Alicja actually was but most perplexing is that no one has been looking for her. After a TV talk show, a man calls, claiming that this is his daughter Kinga, a wife and mother of a young kid. Alicja/Kinga come home to her family and makes efforts to fit in her ‘new’ life but without success. Her reappearance is not as welcomed as it should be.
