War is probably one of the biggest horrors the mankind have invented and suffered from. It is a horror in itself but war horror films do not appear often. J.J. Abrams is a producer of this story, inspired by the World War II. The plot centers around the D-Day - the landing operations that take place in June 1944, when the Allied invasion of Normandy in Operation Overlord is executed. The story follows a group of US paratroopers who are dropped behind the enemy lines, in a small French village. The soldiers soon discover that it is not going to be the usual combat. Moreover, they realize that the Nazis have been experimenting with supernatural forces and that they are going to use them in a way no-one has ever seen before.
