Based on the 1971’s classical children book "The Little Broomstick" by Mary Stewart, this is a fantasy animation about a girl named Mary Smith. One day, while following a cat in the nearby forest, she discovers the magical flower "Fly-by-night" that blossoms very rarely - only once in seven years. It can give her the power to create magic but only for one night. For an ordinary girl as Mary, such an extraordinary finding causes a great excitement! Moreover, it puts an end to her boring and lonely life in the countryside with her Great-Aunt Charlotte. Along with the flower, Mary also discovers an old broomstick which whisks her far and away to the magical Endor College, run by headmistress Madam Mumblechook and Doctor Dee. But life is not only about having fun, as Mary is about to learn, it is also about going through ordeals and surviving.
