Wolf, Lady, Rambo, Dog, Boom Boom. These are some of the names of eight teenage commandos grouped under the name “Monos” (monkey) who are part of the unstructured army called “The Organization”. They are living somewhere in the wilderness of Latin America, having as a duty to take care of a milk cow and an American hostage named “Doctora”. While their living seems carless and free, a frighting figure shows once in a while in their life to remind them who the boss is. Their superior forces them to explore their physical and psychological boundaries through a variety of tests. “Monos” are connected to the civilisation only via randomly working radio, fighting in a war that does not seem to harm them much. Eight kids with guns make a thrilling story, which is by no doubt visually stunning and emotionally challenging for the average viewer.
