The dream of the Italian mafia

" Some kids dream about becoming doctors, others about becoming pilots and some dream about being on the top of the mafia. ‘Piranhas’ follow a group of young boys in Napoli, who have grown up in an area controlled by the Neapolitan mafia also known as the Camorra Family. The fascination with the power and wealth that surrounds the Camorra family entice the boys and when opportunity presents itself, they start working with the mafia. The movie is based on Roberto Saviano’s bestseller of the same name from 2016., and is the second one of his books which have been made into a film. The movie won the Silver Bear for best manuscript at Berlin Film Festival and will premiere in Danish cinemas on the 21st of May. "
