It follows a particular period of time from the life of the almost 90-year-old WWII veteran Leo Sharp. Due to his terrible financial situation, Sharp is forced to become a drug dealer and courier for the Sinaloa Cartel. The main character, based on the personality of Leo Sharp and played by Eastwood, is named Earl Stone in the film.
